Airbnb Listing & Comp Exporter to CSV

Export listing comps directly from any Airbnb search results page into clean CSV spreadsheets — nightly rates, total price, ratings, review counts, and Superhost / Guest Favorite status included. Ideal for short-term rental hosts, real estate investors, revenue managers, and market researchers benchmarking comparable listings in a neighborhood or city. ⭐ Core Features: • 1-Click Export: Grab listings directly from any Airbnb search results page (airbnb.com/s/...). • Full Data Extraction: Captures Listing ID, Title, Subtitle/details, Price Per Night, Total Price, Star Rating, Review Count, Superhost status, Guest Favorite status, and the direct listing URL. • Superhost / Guest Favorite Filter: Instantly narrow your export to only top-rated hosts and standout stays. • Pause & Clear: Zooming the map into one neighborhood? Pause recording while you move the map, or Clear to start fresh from the current view, so your export holds only the area you want. • Multi-Page Collection: Automatically page through search results to build a larger comp set (Pro). • Amenity Enrichment: Fetch full per-listing amenity data (pool, hot tub, A/C, pet-friendly, self check-in, washer, free parking, EV charger, and the complete amenity list) plus bedroom/bath/guest counts, added straight into your CSV export (Pro Plus). • Clean Formatting: RFC 4180-compliant CSV output formatted for Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM/spreadsheet imports. • Fast & Private: Runs locally in your browser. No external servers, no tracking, and no Airbnb login required. 🆓 Free vs. Pro vs. Pro Plus: • Free: Export up to 15 listings per search at zero cost. • Pro: Unlimited listings per export and automatic multi-page collection — $19.99 one-time or $8.99/mo. • Pro Plus: Everything in Pro, plus full per-listing amenity enrichment (8 key amenity flags, complete amenity list, bedroom/ bath/guest counts) — $34.99 one-time or $14.99/mo.
