Key features: - Extract the current Zendesk or Amazon Seller Central support conversation. - Generate AI-assisted customer intent diagnosis and reply suggestions. - Show support diagnosis and related support context. - Query and summarize tracking information when a tracking number is present. - Copy or insert suggested replies into the support workflow at the agent's request. The extension is designed for internal support operations and works only on the configured Aigenix service and supported support platforms.
