AI Helper — Highlight to Thread

AI Helper lets you highlight any part of an assistant reply on ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini and open a focused sidebar thread about just that snippet. How it works • Select text in a reply and click “Ask about this” • Type your follow-up in the sidebar • Answers stream into that thread, using your existing logged-in session on the site you’re on • Side chats are temporary so they stay out of the site’s main history • Threads are saved locally in your browser and stay linked to the highlight Supported sites • chatgpt.com • claude.ai • gemini.google.com No API keys. No separate AI Helper account. Your questions are handled through the chat site you already use. Notes • This is an unofficial helper that talks to each site the same way your browser session does. Site changes can break it until we update. • Usage counts against your normal plan limits on those sites.
