Set an interval, press Start, and the tab reloads on its own until you stop it. For pages that will not tell you they have changed: an order status, a queue position, a dashboard, a results page, a build log, anything you would otherwise sit and press F5 on. WHAT IT DOES • Reloads the current tab on a timer you choose • Fast enough to hammer a page milliseconds apart, patient enough to check back once a day • Shows how long each load took, in milliseconds, so you can watch a site get slower or faster • Counts how many times it has refreshed • Stops by itself if you close the tab • Runs on several tabs at once, one timer each, each with its own controls and its own count. The keyboard shortcut stops all of them CACHE CLEARING, LIMITED TO ONE SITE Reloading already bypasses the cache for the page itself, but sub-resources can still come from cache. Tick the option and the cache is cleared before each reload — for the site you are on, and only that site. Every other site keeps its cache untouched. If your build of Chrome cannot narrow the clearing down to a single site, the extension skips clearing rather than quietly wiping the whole browser cache. Leave the option off and no cache is touched at all. THE CONTROLS POP OUT INTO A WINDOW Press Start and the controls lift off into a small window that stays open while the tab reloads — Start, Stop, the live count and a countdown to the next reload are always in view. The refresh work runs in the background, so closing the window does not stop it, and an amber badge on the toolbar icon counts how many runs are going. Each running tab is also marked in the tab strip, grouped and labelled with the extension's name, so you can see which pages are working without opening anything — and if the site starts returning errors (a 502, a Cloudflare error page), that group turns red until a healthy page comes back, so an outage can be watched from the tab strip — or tick “Stop when OK” and the run ends by itself the first time the site answers normally (HTTP 2xx), turning the mark green so the good news shows in the tab strip too; a tab you have grouped yourself is left where it is. When a run stops its mark is removed; only the green one stays until you next open the popup on that tab, or close it. Reopen a window any time from the icon. A keyboard shortcut for Stop can be assigned at chrome://extensions/shortcuts — paste that into the address bar, it is not on the extension's own Details page; nothing is bound by default, so it cannot clash with anything you already use. It can also be set to work globally, so a run can be stopped while another app is in front. LONG WAITS ARE HANDLED PROPERLY Checking a page once a day is a different problem from reloading it every second. Chrome puts idle extensions to sleep, and an ordinary timer dies with them. For longer intervals the schedule is handed to Chrome itself, so the wait survives the extension going idle and survives your computer sleeping. The refresh happens when it is due, and nothing runs in between. DELIBERATELY SMALL A small piece of code with no libraries, and nothing running in the background while you are not using it. There is no settings page to learn: a number, a unit, a checkbox, and two buttons. PRIVACY • No analytics, no account, no tracking • No remote code — everything that runs ships inside the extension and is reviewed by the Chrome Web Store • Nothing is transmitted anywhere. Your settings stay in your browser • Page content is never read Permissions are limited to what those features need: access to the tab you are on so it can be reloaded, the ability to schedule the next reload so a long wait survives the extension going idle, browsing data access used solely to clear that one site's cache when you enable the option, tab group access so a running tab is marked in the tab strip and can be told apart at a glance, and script access used solely to read the page's own HTTP response code — it drives the red error mark and the optional “Stop when OK” setting, nothing else on the page is read, and nothing is transmitted. LANGUAGES English, 繁體中文, 简体中文 — the interface follows your browser language, and it follows your system's light or dark appearance. Free, with every feature included. No paid tier, no trial, nothing held back. Please use it in line with the terms of the sites you visit; ticketing, booking and registration sites often forbid automation, so check first.
