Zoom Chat Auto-Responder

Zoom Chat Auto-Responder is a Chrome extension that sends preset replies in Zoom's browser-based meeting chat. Start it for each meeting, and it replies when a keyword reaches your chosen count. Use it for greetings, thank-you messages, and routine meeting or event responses. No external AI service or API key is required. 【Key features】 • Set a keyword, reply, match count, and wait between replies for each rule • Match keywords within a message. Counts track keyword occurrences, not the number of messages • Add, edit, delete, and independently enable multiple rules • Pause counting for each rule during its wait. Counting resumes with new messages afterward; matches during the wait are not carried over • Choose whether to reset the count to zero after a reply • Start and stop for each meeting, with status and activity history • Switch between Japanese and English. On first use, the interface and sample rules use Japanese if Chrome's display language is Japanese, or English otherwise • Temporarily set aside a plain-text draft, send only the preset reply, then restore the draft. Replies are skipped during text composition or when the draft contains attachments or mentions Replies can be sent to Everyone or Meeting group chat, but not to individuals. Messages sent to Meeting group chat remain in Team Chat after the meeting. 【How to use】 1. Join a Zoom meeting in your browser 2. Open the extension, add or edit rules, and turn on the rules you want to use 3. Check the Zoom recipient and click "Start in this meeting" 4. Click "Stop" when finished Saving rules alone does not start automatic replies. Counting begins when the status shows "Monitoring". The extension reopens chat if you close it while monitoring. It does not operate chat automatically while stopped. 【Supported environments】 Supported: Zoom Web Client and Zoom PWA in a browser that supports Chrome extensions Not supported: The Zoom desktop app Zoom's interface or conflicting input can prevent sending or draft restoration from being confirmed. If the recipient or sending result cannot be verified, replies are put on hold. Unconfirmed replies are not automatically resent. Rules and display language preferences are saved in Chrome's sync-capable storage. Switching the interface language later does not automatically translate saved rules.
