Zonov HIS – OT Agent

Zonov HIS – OT Agent adds an Operation Theatre workspace directly on top of the Zonov HIS, so OT staff can plan, document and track surgeries without switching between screens. Built for hospital teams who already use the Zonov HIS (zonov.ai). A valid HIS login is required — the extension does nothing on other websites. WHAT IT DOES • OT booking – Create an OT booking for the patient open in the HIS. The extension checks the HIS for existing bookings and slot clashes before anything is saved, and tells you clearly when a booking was not created. • OT calendar – See all OT bookings by room and date, and spot free and blocked slots at a glance. • Readiness checklist – Track whether the patient is ready for surgery, with a live readiness score pulled from the HIS. • Consent – Fill in and verify the OT consent form, including signature capture. Consent status is read back from the HIS so you always see what is actually on record. • PAC (Pre-Anaesthesia Check) – Record pre-anaesthesia assessments, review alerts and see the result in one place. • Staff and equipment – Manage the surgeon, assistant, anaesthetist and OT nurse for each case, and the items and equipment needed. • Voice input – Speak instead of typing. Dictate booking details, consent and PAC fields; staff names are matched against your hospital's own staff list to reduce mistakes. • OT dashboard sync – Every OT case is also sent to your hospital's OT Admin Dashboard, so management can see schedules, utilisation and activity in one place. PRIVACY AND DATA • The extension runs only on Zonov HIS pages and talks only to the Zonov HIS servers, the hospital's OT dashboard and the speech-to-text service used for voice input. • Voice recordings are sent to the speech-to-text provider (Groq) only when you use voice input. • It holds no HIS password; it uses your existing HIS session. • No advertising and no selling of data.
