About Zillow Export & Agents Export & Email Sender - Email, Phone, Name
Run a Zillow search, press Start, and you get back a clean list of the people behind those listings: the agent's email address, their phone number, their name and their brokerage, next to the property's address, price, beds, baths and a link back to the listing. Every email is verified before it is saved. Apartment buildings keep every contact at the address instead of one picked at random. Export the list to CSV, to Excel, or straight into a Google Sheet in your own Drive. Then, if you want, write one letter, and the extension fills it in for each property, sends it from your own Gmail, follows up on a schedule you set, stops the moment someone replies, and tracks every lead in a CRM tab with its status, your notes and a link back to the conversation. Your first 30 listings are free and they cover all of it. After that it is $33 a month, and that is the entire price list.
WHY THE EMAIL IS THE WHOLE POINT
A phone number means one person at a time, in business hours, hoping they pick up. An email address means you reach every agent in a search this afternoon, from your own address, with a record of what you sent and when.
Phone numbers are easy to find. Email addresses are the ones that are missing from every list you have tried, and they are the ones that turn a spreadsheet of properties into a pipeline of conversations.
WHAT ENDS UP IN YOUR LIST
Each row is one listing and carries:
- The listing contact's email address, verified
- Their phone number
- Their name
- Their brokerage
- The property address, with state
- Price, beds and baths
- A link straight back to the listing
- Every additional contact at that address, when a building has more than one
You can sort it, filter it, hand it to someone else, or drop it into whatever you already use. It is your data in an ordinary spreadsheet, not a report locked inside somebody's dashboard.
VERIFIED, NOT GUESSED
An address that bounces costs you more than an empty cell. It hurts your sending reputation, it wastes the follow up, and you find out a week later.
So every address is checked before it reaches your list. What does not pass is not saved at all. Each row shows you where it stands, so you always know what you are looking at.
APARTMENT BUILDINGS, HANDLED PROPERLY
A rental building shows up on Zillow as one listing, but the apartments inside it are handled by several different people. Most tools pick one and throw the rest away.
This one keeps them all on the row. And when you email that address, everyone on it receives a single shared message, not the same letter four times from four different sends. It reads like a person wrote it, because that is what you would have done by hand.
SHAPE THE SEARCH BEFORE YOU START
Zillow returns at most 820 results for any one search, no matter how many properties actually match. The extension tells you when your search is over that line, before you spend an hour on it, so you can narrow by ZIP, by price range or by zooming the map and get the whole picture instead of a slice of it.
You can also filter your own results afterwards: only rows with an email, only rows with a phone, by price, by state, by status. Save a filter you use often and it is one click next time.
EXPORT WHEREVER YOU WORK
- CSV, for anything that opens a spreadsheet
- Excel, formatted and ready
- Google Sheets, written straight into a file in your own Drive
The Google Sheet is the one worth knowing about. It is yours, in your Drive, under your account. The extension can only touch the file it creates. Nothing is copied to us.
WRITE THE LETTER ONCE
If your business is making offers, the offer letter is the bottleneck. Every property needs the same letter with different numbers in it.
Write it once, in your own words and your own terms. The extension fills in the property and the math for each row: offer price from your percentage, down payment, seller carry, interest rate, monthly payment, balloon payoff, number of payments, first payment month. Change a term and every letter changes with it.
It can go out as text in the email, or as a PDF attached to it, generated per property from your own template.
SENDING, FROM YOUR OWN ADDRESS
The emails leave from your Gmail, not from our servers. That matters more than it sounds. The agent sees your name and your address, replies land in your inbox, and the whole thread lives in your own mail where you can search it two months from now.
While a campaign runs, the extension:
- Sends on the schedule and pace you set, not in one burst
- Sends each follow up inside the same thread, the way a person would
- Stops the moment someone replies, so nobody gets chased after answering
- Recognises an out of office or an automatic reply and does not treat it as an answer
- Catches bounces and marks the row instead of trying again
- Honours an opt out permanently, on every future campaign
- Writes what happened on every row, so nothing is a mystery
You can stop everything with one click at any time.
THE DAILY CEILING IS GOOGLE'S, NOT OURS
We do not cap anything. Not the listings you collect, not the exports, not the emails.
There is one limit, and it belongs to your Google account: Google allows roughly 95 emails a day from a personal Gmail and roughly 1,500 a day on Google Workspace. Every tool that sends from your own account lives under that number, including this one.
What the extension does about it is show you exactly where you stand against your own cap, send up to it, and carry whatever is left over into the next day by itself. You do not have to count, and you do not have to babysit it.
A CRM YOU DID NOT HAVE TO SET UP
Every lead you contact gets a row of its own: which stage it is at, when you last spoke, your notes, and a link back to the exact email thread.
You did not import anything, you did not configure anything, and you are not paying a second subscription for it. It fills itself in as you work.
