The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Zillow Deal Analyzer
Zillow Deal Analyzer helps rental property buyers quickly screen Zillow listings and search results without leaving their browser workflow. Open a Zillow property, expand the Deal Analyzer panel, and see a practical rental-investment snapshot based on your assumptions. Open a Zillow search page to score visible or loaded results, save a Search Snapshot, and review candidates later in a local dashboard.
The extension estimates monthly cashflow, DSCR, NOI, cap rate, cash-on-cash return, break-even rent, and target price. It also lets you edit key values when a listing is missing information or when you want to test a different assumption.
Key features:
- Inline analysis panel on Zillow property pages
- Zillow search result screening with investor score and missing-data confidence
- Search Snapshot capture for later dashboard review
- Detail Refresh Queue for opening partial search rows on Zillow detail pages
- Local dashboard with saved lists, search snapshots, filters, comparison, notes, statuses, and pagination
- CSV/XLSX export for saved lists and search snapshots
- Browser print/PDF flow for saved property reports
- Good, Watch, Bad, and Missing Data deal status
- Editable price, rent, down payment, taxes, insurance, HOA, and interest rate
- Primary, investment, and DSCR loan profiles
- Freddie Mac PMMS baseline rate with configurable spreads
- Risk flags for zoning/use questions, tax abatement claims, vacant/projected rents, and rent-history differences
- Data-quality signals showing search-only rows, missing fields, and field-source provenance
Free and Pro:
Free is designed for trying the core workflow on individual listings and smaller saved-review tasks. Pro is for users who want higher monthly workflow limits, more search-review capacity, more exports, and more print/report usage. Billing is handled through Stripe-hosted Checkout and Billing Portal pages, and users can manage or cancel subscriptions from the Account tab.
Current launch limits:
- Saved properties: Free 15 total, Pro 2,500 total
- Active search snapshots: Free 1 total, Pro unlimited
- Compare properties: Free 2 at a time, Pro unlimited
- CSV/XLSX exports: Free 1 per month, Pro 100 per month
- Export rows: Free 25 rows per file, Pro unlimited rows per file
- Print/PDF reports: Free 1 per month, Pro 50 per month
- Search listings analyzed: Free 150 per month, Pro 10,000 per month

Monthly counters reset each calendar month. Saved property count, active search snapshot count, compare-property limit, and export rows per file are plan caps rather than monthly reset counters.
Privacy and data handling:
Zillow Deal Analyzer is local-first. Saved lists, saved property snapshots, notes, assumptions, exports, and backup files are stored in the user's browser profile unless the user exports or imports them.
When a user signs in, secure backend account services are used for authentication, entitlement refresh, and usage counters needed to enforce Free/Pro limits. The Chrome Web Store Privacy section includes "User activity" because the backend records limited monthly usage counters for gated actions, such as export count, print-report count, and search rows analyzed. These counters are used for plan-limit enforcement, rate limiting, billing support, and abuse prevention.
Zillow Deal Analyzer does not track user activity on unrelated websites. It does not send raw Zillow HTML, raw Zillow search responses, saved property snapshots, user notes, export files, backup files, or broad browsing history to the backend. Payment cards are handled by Stripe-hosted Checkout and Billing Portal pages; the extension does not collect card numbers directly.
Important disclaimer:
Zillow Deal Analyzer is not affiliated with Zillow, Google, Chrome Web Store, Freddie Mac, or Stripe. It is an estimation and screening tool, not financial, legal, tax, lending, zoning, appraisal, or investment advice. Always verify listing data, rent, taxes, insurance, HOA rules, zoning, legal unit count, financing terms, and property condition before making an investment decision.
