About ZFReplace
Playtest your custom Riftbound cards on the sites you already play on.
ZFReplace shows the cards you design in ZaunForge (zaunforge.com) in place of real Riftbound cards on Rift Atlas and Piltover Archive. You choose which real card each of your cards stands in for. Then you build and play decks with those real cards as usual, and wherever one appears, in the deck builder, in your hand, on the board, in previews and card popups, you see your card instead. The sites themselves don't change, and nobody else sees your cards.
HOW TO USE IT
1. Design your cards in ZaunForge, at zaunforge.com.
2. Bring a set into ZFReplace. Click the ZFReplace button in Chrome's toolbar, then Manage sets. Then either:
• choose "Sync a ZaunForge set" with zaunforge.com open in another tab, and pick the set, or
• choose "Import ZaunForge set" and drop in the set's ZIP or JSON export, or paste a link to its set file.
3. Check what each card replaces. ZFReplace picks the closest real card for each of yours: same type, Energy, Power and domains. Click any card to see the other matches, or search every real card and pick one yourself. Warnings point out choices that would break a deck or play differently, such as a different card type, different domains, or another champion's cards.
4. Turn the set on. Tick it in the toolbar popup, and make sure ZFReplace is switched on.
5. Play. Build a deck on Rift Atlas or Piltover Archive using the real cards your set replaces, or build one in ZFReplace's Decks tab and copy the decklist into either site. Your cards appear in their place.
To see the real cards again, switch ZFReplace off in the popup: every original comes straight back.
STAYING UP TO DATE
• Synced with ZaunForge: each time you open zaunforge.com, the cards you changed there are redrawn and updated in ZFReplace. Replacements you pick in ZaunForge come across too, unless you've picked something else here.
• From a link: a set imported from a link to its set file can stay up to date from it. ZFReplace checks the link every few hours, or when you click ↻ in the popup, and applies new versions automatically, with no need to visit ZaunForge.
• Either way, your own replacement choices and decks are kept, and the options page and popup show when each set last updated.
MORE YOU CAN DO
• Have several sets on at once. If two of them replace the same real card, the toolbar button shows a badge, and the set listed first wins.
• Build test decks in ZFReplace: pick a legend, and it starts you with its champion, your matching cards, battlefields and runes. Copy or download the decklist in the format both sites import.
• On Piltover Archive, card popups show your card's text, stats and details, and Export → Deck Image can draw the deck with your cards in it.
• On Rift Atlas, deck lists show your cards' names, the card preview can be made bigger, and helper buttons that act on the real card (Auto Pay, Empower, Hide) are hidden on yours.
PRIVACY
Your sets, card images and decks are stored by Chrome on your computer and are not sent anywhere. ZFReplace runs only on Rift Atlas and Piltover Archive. It talks to ZaunForge only while you have zaunforge.com open, to copy the sets you chose to sync. It reads Riot's public card gallery only when you click "Update card list", and a set's link only for sets you've chosen to keep up to date that way. In both cases Chrome asks for your permission first. There are no accounts, ads, analytics or tracking.
ZFReplace is a fan-made tool and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Riot Games, Rift Atlas or Piltover Archive. Riftbound and its cards belong to Riot Games.
