About ZD Disconnection Alert

ZD Disconnection Alert helps customer support agents stay online and responsive by monitoring Zendesk chat sessions for unexpected disconnections. Key Features: Background Monitoring: Scans all open Zendesk tabs even when they are not active. Audible Alerts: Plays a distinct sound immediately when a disconnection popup is detected. Smart Intervals: Efficiently checks every 10 seconds without slowing down your browser. Cooldown Logic: Prevents repetitive beeping by enforcing a 30-second silence between alerts. Keep your support status green and ensure you never lose a chat due to an idle timeout again!
