The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Zammad Time Tracker
Zammad Time Tracker lets you log time directly on tickets and update time entries right from the ticket view—no tab-switching or workflow interruptions.
HOW IT WORKS
- Enter a Ticket ID or a client's Ticket# and click Load
- Start the timer. Pause it when you stop working.
- If you forgot to pause, click the time field and type the correct value directly.
- Add an optional internal note, then click Submit Time.
SETTINGS
- Zammad Base URL — your organization's Zammad instance
- API Token — your personal Zammad API token
- Note Signature — text automatically appended to every submitted note
- Include submitted time in note — adds "Time submitted: X min" to the note body
- Dark mode
- Enable Activity Type — allows time to be tracked with an activity type (e.g. Billable)
REQUIREMENTS
- Zammad 6.x with Time Accounting enabled (Admin → Time Accounting)
- Zammad API token with ticket.agent permission
PRIVACY
- No data is collected. Everything stays in your browser or goes to your own Zammad server.
