Zalo Language Bridge

Communicate naturally on Zalo Web without language barriers with Zalo Language Bridge. Write and translate messages in Korean, English, and Vietnamese, or instantly view received messages in your preferred language. Zalo Language Bridge is more than a basic translation tool. It helps you write more natural messages by considering your relationship with the recipient, relative age, gender, and preferred tone. It is especially useful for choosing Vietnamese forms of address and relationship-specific expressions that fit each conversation. HOW TO USE ZALO LANGUAGE BRIDGE 1. Install Zalo Language Bridge in Chrome. 2. Pin the extension for quick access. 3. Set your primary language, gender, and default language for outgoing messages. 4. Open a conversation in Zalo Web. 5. Enter a message in the translation panel and press Enter to translate it. 6. Review or edit the translation, then press Enter again to send it. WRITING MESSAGES IN KOREAN, ENGLISH, AND VIETNAMESE • Write messages in Korean, English, or Vietnamese. • Translate messages naturally into the language used by the recipient. • Review and edit translations before sending them. • Use Enter to translate and send messages quickly. • Press Shift+Enter to insert a line break. TRANSLATING RECEIVED MESSAGES • Click the translation icon next to a received message to translate it into your language. • The translation appears close to the original message. • Translation buttons are hidden for messages that are already in your primary language. • You can enable automatic translation for newly received messages. • In group conversations, the language is detected separately for each message. NATURAL TONE AND VIETNAMESE FORMS OF ADDRESS • Choose a tone that fits the situation, such as natural, polite, friendly, suitable for colleagues, suitable for customers, or respectful toward older people. • Set your relationship with the recipient, relative age, and gender. • Get help choosing appropriate Vietnamese forms of address, such as anh, chị, and em. • Conversation settings are saved for each chat, so you do not need to configure them again every time. AN INTERFACE IN YOUR LANGUAGE • Korean, English, and Vietnamese interfaces are supported. • The translation panel and settings are displayed in your selected primary language. • Your primary language and default outgoing language can be configured separately. • Move the translation panel to your preferred position or collapse it when needed. PRIVACY AND SECURITY • Only message content selected by the user is sent to the translation server. • The Gemini API key is neither included in the extension nor stored in the browser. • Message content is not stored in extension settings or translation usage records. • We recommend that you do not translate passwords, payment information, or sensitive personal data.
