The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About YTM Discord Presence Bridge

**This extension also requires the free YTMPresence Companion app for Windows.** Without it, the extension won’t work — Discord Rich Presence cannot technically be set up from within the browser. The app is available here: https://github.com/Kentarohakase/YTMPresence/releases Here’s how they work together: The extension reads the playback status on YouTube Music and sends it via a local, token-protected WebSocket to the Companion app on the same computer. The app then updates Discord Rich Presence with this information and can display the current track in a mini-player. The data does not leave the device. Features: - Discord Rich Presence for YouTube Music - Local connection via security token - Pop-up showing companion, token and track status - Options page with connection test - Mini-player controls via the local companion app - No external analytics, tracking or advertising services
