About YouTube Video Batch Publisher

Manage your YouTube uploads in bulk — right inside YouTube Studio. YouTube Video Batch Publisher automates the repetitive Studio tasks you'd otherwise do one video at a time: publishing drafts, scheduling a whole season, and fixing titles and descriptions across your catalog. ★ What makes it different • Episode-aware smart scheduling — auto-detects episode numbers (Ep 5, S01E05, #12, "7 Title") and spreads your drafts across a recurring publish calendar, in the right order. • Variable metadata templates — {{title}}, {{index}}, {{n}}, {{date}}, {{channel}}, {{season}}, with zero-padding ({{index:3}} → 007). • Works on the drafts already in your Studio — general schedulers can only push brand-new uploads; they can't touch the drafts you already have. • Dry-run everything — preview exactly what will change before anything changes. • Built for monetized channels too — supports YouTube Partner Program channels, including the Monetization and Ad suitability steps in YouTube's upload editor. ★ Free • Batch-publish drafts with visibility control (up to 10 per run) • Made-for-kids & notify-subscribers toggles • Dry-run mode to preview every change before it happens ★ Pro • Unlimited batch publishing • Smart scheduling (daily, weekdays, weekly, bi-weekly, custom) with skip-weekends • Bulk metadata templates with variables • Find & replace across titles & descriptions — on drafts AND on videos that are already published (literal or regex, with a before → after preview) • Description append/prepend — add a CTA or disclosure to drafts or published videos without wiping existing text • Playlist sorting • Reschedule existing videos and interval scheduling (every 15 min, 30 min, 2 h and more) ★ A note from the developer I'm an indie developer — this extension is built and maintained by a one-person team. YouTube Studio changes all the time, and I'm actively developing this extension to keep up with it — most updates below came straight from your reviews and emails. If something stops working, the Results tab shows an error code and a one-click report, and I read every one. Thank you for your support — every Pro upgrade keeps this one-person project going. ★ New in 1.5.2 (October 2026) • Full support for monetized (YouTube Partner Program) channels: Smart Schedule and Publish Drafts now handle YouTube's extra Monetization and Ad suitability steps. • When YouTube asks for a video's Ad suitability rating, the batch pauses on that video, waits while you rate it, then continues by itself. • New (optional): "Answer Ad suitability for me" in Settings ticks "None of the above" and submits the rating for drafts that don't have one yet. Off by default, and ratings you already gave are never changed. • New: clear problem reports — every stopped video shows an error code (like BP-201), with a one-click "Report it to the developer" link and an optional screenshot. Reports never include video titles or channel details, and you choose whether to share the screenshot. ★ New in 1.5.1 (October 2026) • Find & Replace and Description Append/Prepend now work on videos that are already published. Choose "Published & scheduled videos" and the extension scans every page of your Content tab, then opens and saves each matching video for you. • Dry Run shows the exact before → after titles first, without changing anything. • "Tidy leftover double spaces" — removing a word from a title no longer leaves a gap behind. • After rescheduling existing videos, the Results tab now lists the whole batch, and you get a completion notification. • More reliable on slow-loading channels and very large catalogs. ★What's new in 1.5.0 (August 2026) • New (Pro): Reschedule existing videos — re-plan the publish dates of videos already on your channel, not just drafts. Private videos by default; Public/Unlisted opt-in, with a clear warning that YouTube unpublishes them until the new time. • New (Pro): interval scheduling — publish every 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 2 hours, and so on, with an optional "only publish between" daily window. • New: choose the order videos are scheduled in — episode order, your Studio list order (top to bottom), or reversed. • New: series numbering can start anywhere — tell {{n}} to begin at 36 and continue an existing series. • New: a live preview under the title template shows exactly what your titles will look like before you run anything. • New look: every action is now a visible card, so you can see everything the extension can do at a glance. • Fixed: scheduled videos kept getting YouTube's default 12:00 AM instead of the time you picked. The extension now confirms the time YouTube actually saved, retries in your account's own time format, and stops with a clear message instead of scheduling the wrong time. Thanks to the reviewer who reported this. • Fixed: Playlist Sort no longer scrambles long playlists. It now loads the whole playlist first, confirms every move actually happened, and stops instead of leaving your playlist half-sorted. Dry Run now checks that sorting will really work, rather than always reporting success. • Improved: the schedule preview groups by day, and warns about videos with no date, slots in the past, and overnight publishing. ★What's new in 1.4.2 (August 2026) • Much faster publishing: the extension now detects each step finishing instead of waiting on fixed timers. Measured on a real channel: about 6–8 seconds per video, where the old version spent 10+ seconds per video just waiting. • Fixed: batches no longer stop after the first video. YouTube briefly ignores the next "Edit draft" click while it closes the previous one — the extension now waits for the list and retries instead of giving up. • Fixed: the editor window / success popup is reliably closed after each video, even after YouTube layout changes (the "window stays open" issue) • Fixed: a run no longer stalls or fails when you switch to another browser tab mid-batch • Fixed: your change is never discarded by closing the editor…
