The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About YouTube Twitch Chat Replacer

A simple Chrome extension that adds YouTube and Twitch chat tabs to the YouTube live chat area when the current YouTube watch page is a livestream happening right now and the page links to a Twitch channel. The extension does nothing on normal videos, archived livestreams, scheduled livestreams, and live streams where no Twitch channel link can be found.
