YouTube Spoiler Blocker

Don't let spoilers ruin your favorite movies, games, or shows! YouTube Spoiler Blocker is a lightweight and powerful tool designed to keep your YouTube experience clean. Whether you are avoiding leaks for the next big blockbuster, a new game release, or a TV show finale, this extension has you covered. Key Features: Custom Keyword Filtering: Easily add any word or phrase (e.g., "Invincible", "Spider-Man", "Ending") to your blocklist. Total Coverage: Automatically hides video thumbnails and titles on the Home feed, Search results, and Sidebar. Shorts Support: Unlike other blockers, we fully support YouTube Shorts, covering spoiler-heavy vertical clips. Smart Matching: Our algorithm uses strict word boundaries to prevent "false positives" (e.g., blocking "war" won't accidentally block "software"). Click to Reveal: Need to see a specific video? One click on the warning overlay safely reveals the content without refreshing the page. Privacy First: Your blocked keywords are stored locally in your browser. We never collect or track your browsing data. How to use: Click the extension icon in your toolbar. Type a keyword and press Add. Refresh YouTube (or just keep scrolling), and any matching video will be hidden behind a solid black protective shield. Support the Developer: If this tool helped you stay spoiler-free, please consider supporting my work via the Ko-fi link inside the extension! ☕
