The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About YouTube Pauser

Simple, quick control for a YouTube tab. This extension is designed as a fast, one-click way to pause a YouTube video. There is no popup, it just pauses the leftmost YouTube tab when you click the icon. You can also double click to skip to the next video. The icon shows the current minutes into the video over the total video length. Right click and go to "Options" to change the color or set it to include seconds in the timer The code is available at https://github.com/mdzirbel/YouTube-Extension
