YouTube Lyrics

YouTube Lyrics shows synced song lyrics in a floating panel on any YouTube video — like Apple Music or Spotify, but for the video you're watching. Built for karaoke singers and guitarists: 🎤 KARAOKE SYNC Frame-perfect line highlighting keeps you on the exact line being sung. Tap any line to jump to that moment in the video. Auto-scroll keeps the active line centered (optional). 🎸 GUITAR TABS IN ONE CLICK No more switching tabs and searching Ultimate Guitar manually. The extension finds the tabs for the current song with a single click. ✨ ELEGANT POPOVER UI The panel grows out of the button and shrinks back when closed. Drag the button anywhere on the screen. Drag the panel header to reposition it. 📖 TWO MODES - Sing Along: active line highlighted, auto-scroll - Full Lyrics: clean reading view, no highlighting 🎨 ADJUSTABLE EVERYTHING - Dark, light, or auto theme (follows YouTube) - Font size 14–26 px - Manual timing offset (±0.5s fine, ±5s coarse) for songs with imperfect LRC timing 🔗 EXTERNAL LINKS - Ultimate Guitar (guitar tabs) - Apple Music (opens the exact song) - Spotify 📋 COPY & PRINT Copy the full lyrics with one click, or open a clean print view. ⌨️ KEYBOARD SHORTCUT ⌘⇧L on macOS, Ctrl+Shift+L on Windows/Linux. --- PRIVACY All data is stored locally in your browser. No tracking, no analytics, no accounts. The extension only talks to three public APIs (LRCLIB, lyrics.ovh, iTunes Search) to fetch lyrics and album artwork.
