YouTube Channel Origin

YouTube Channel Origin adds country flags to videos and channels on YouTube. This extension helps highlight creators and supports local content. Increase awareness and consciously choose the content you support. What does the extension do? • Automatically analyzes YouTube page content and determines the country of origin of videos and channels. • Works on the homepage, in search results, on the watch history page, in end-of-video recommendations, in recommendations on the video watch page, as well as on YouTube Shorts. • If the extension cannot automatically determine the origin of a video, you can use the manual detection option from the video menu. • The extension does not require registration or authorization and does not collect information about your watch history or preferences. The extension allows you to make more informed decisions about the content you consume. With its help, you can support creators while also building a personalized, safe, and conscious media environment.
