YFolio AI — שמירה מהירה

YFolio AI — Quick Save YFolio Chrome Extension (v1.9.16) – What's New Refreshed App Icon: Updated all extension icons to the clean, high-resolution blue rounded emblem with smooth transparent edges. UI & Copy Refinements: Corrected typos and improved clarity across multilingual prompts and instructions (English, Hebrew, Arabic, Spanish). Direct Cloud Synchronization: Secure background upload to your YFolio vault even when the web application tab is closed. Enhanced Gmail Attachment Import: Streamlined 1-click discovery and import of PDF invoices and documents from the past 30 days directly from your Gmail inbox. The extension sends files and documents straight to your YFolio AI account, without opening the website. What's new in version 1.9.13 • Automatic language detection by country: the extension is displayed in Hebrew in Israel, and in English everywhere else. A manual language choice always takes priority and is saved. • Audio files arriving from Gmail are recognized as audio and linked to the "Audio files" folder, so they can be transcribed. • Hebrew file names are displayed correctly. • Duplicate blocking: a file that already exists in your account is not sent again. • Only one folder named "Gmail documents" per user. • Scanning pauses while you are working in Gmail and resumes when you are done. Features • Send any file, image, or link to your YFolio AI account with one click. • Automatically pull attachments from a single approved Gmail inbox, and only from new emails. • Connection status indicator and per-file status tracking. • Four languages: Hebrew, English, Arabic, and Spanish, including right-to-left display. The extension only accesses the YFolio website, the YFolio upload server, and the Gmail inbox you approved.
