See who your team already contacted. YellowSync adds shared yellow contact marks to supported LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter and Sales Navigator pages. Connect your first Chrome installation, then invite each colleague using a personal installation link. 3. Work as usual. Detected, confirmed sends add a record that syncs with your team. Opening a composer or preparing a draft does not create a contact record. The extension does not send messages, connect, visit profiles or scroll for you. WHAT TO EXPECT Recording starts after installation; old conversations are not imported. Coverage depends on the page, a working installation and a recent sync. Matching the same person between LinkedIn, Recruiter and Sales Navigator is not always possible. No yellow mark is not proof that nobody has contacted that person. YellowSync helps the team coordinate; it does not block messages or guarantee zero duplicates. PRIVACY Profile references are hashed in the browser with an organisation-specific key. The service stores pseudonymous contact references, the teammate and the send time. We do not store candidate names, profile URLs, CVs or message content. To recognise a confirmed send, the extension processes relevant request/response and page data, including message or note content, briefly inside your browser. That content is not retained or sent to YellowSync. Profile links are read locally to compute the hashes used for highlighting. The service also handles the user's name and team email, installation credentials, version and diagnostics needed to connect the team and maintain detection. Contact records awaiting sync and cached marks are kept locally, separated by team. These data are used for the shared-contact feature and its operation, not advertising. Then EUR 9.40 per Chrome installation per month, plus VAT where applicable. Each Chrome profile counts separately, even on the same computer. Manage or cancel your subscription in billing.
