Yandex Music Quality Checker

Ever wondered what audio quality you're actually getting on Yandex Music? This extension tells you at a glance. Yandex Music Quality Checker quietly monitors your audio stream and displays a small badge right on the player page showing the codec and bitrate of whatever you're listening to. No more guessing whether you're hearing lossless FLAC or a compressed stream. What you'll see: - Real-time codec detection as you play music - A clean badge overlay on the Yandex Music player - Support for FLAC, AAC (various bitrates), MP3, and Opus The extension works passively in the background — just install it, open Yandex Music, play something, and the badge appears automatically. It remembers the last detected quality so you don't have to wait for a new track to load. Your privacy is respected: no data leaves your browser. The extension only looks at streaming URLs to figure out the audio format. That's it — no tracking, no analytics, no data collection of any kind.
