The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About xTrac-Practo
xTrac-Practo brings your clinic's Practo Ray appointments into xTrac AI, so your xTrac assistant can answer scheduling questions such as "who is booked tomorrow morning?" or "which appointments were cancelled this week?".
How it works
• Install the extension, then open xTrac → Integrations → Practo Ray and click Connect. That's it.
• While your Practo Ray tab is open, the extension reads your appointments from your own signed-in session and sends them to your xTrac workspace, every 15 minutes.
• It never asks for or stores your Practo password, and it never signs in to Practo on your behalf.
What it reads
Each appointment's date and time, status and doctor, with the patient's name, mobile number and the clinic's patient reference number. Nothing else is sent: no clinical notes, no billing details.
Where it goes
Only to your own xTrac workspace, over a signed connection tied to your workspace. Disconnecting Practo Ray in xTrac permanently erases the synced appointments and stops the extension syncing.
