xChat — X DMs, keyboard-first

xChat turns X (Twitter) Direct Messages into a fast, full-screen, keyboard-first inbox — think Superhuman for your DMs. It's a UI layer, not a client. xChat rides your existing X session in the page: X still does all the sending, syncing, and encryption. xChat just restyles what's on screen and adds keyboard control. That means it works with your normal DMs with no extra login, no API keys, and no setup. FEATURES • Full-screen, distraction-free layout that uses your whole window • Keyboard navigation — move through conversations with j / k • Press R to jump straight into the reply box • Quick search to find a conversation fast • Compact, scannable conversation list • Click the toolbar icon to jump straight to your DMs PRIVACY • No accounts, no API keys, no configuration • Reads only the page you're already looking at — nothing is sent to any external server • No tracking, no analytics, no data collection • Runs only on x.com xChat is open source: https://github.com/grinich/xChat
