About X Spam Reply Blocker
Porn-spam replies on X — accounts that lure people to adult content with suggestive display names, emoji-split words and swarms of throwaway accounts — keep growing. This extension detects and handles them while you browse.
HOW IT DETECTS
• Thread-level judging: replies under the same post are scored together by the Jev decision API, so patterns like "many accounts posting similar flirty one-liners that @ the same account" are caught.
• Profile context: account age, follower/following counts and bio, read from data X has already loaded (no extra requests).
• Local rules as hints: bulk-registered handle shapes, promotional display names, emoji-split words and more are passed to Jev as evidence.
• Shared blocklist (opt-in): accounts independently blocked by several users are hidden right away.
• Adjustable sensitivity: loose / standard / strict.
WHAT IT DOES
• Replies being checked get a blue outline; spam is marked red and hidden after one second.
• Choose "hide and block" or "hide only". Blocking is paced (2.5 s apart by default) and pauses automatically when X rate-limits.
• Accounts you follow are skipped by default.
• Wrong call? Click "False positive" in Records to unblock and allowlist the account.
RECORDS
• Every detection and block is recorded locally (up to 80,000 entries), with the post it was under, filters, search, paging and export.
GOOD TO KNOW
• Jev-based detection requires your own Jev API key (official TypeSafe or a compatible service). Without a key, only local keywords and rules are used.
• Blocking uses your signed-in X account, the same as blocking manually; heavy blocking may be rate-limited by X.
• Records and settings stay in your browser. Only after you agree to the shared-blocklist lookup are reply authors' @handles sent to our server to check them; contributing to the shared blocklist is a separate opt-in. Privacy policy: https://xblocker.gastrackerapp.com/privacy
