Version 1.42 – What's new Lyft integration - Schedule in Lyft: the Add Ride screen shows the rider's phone, language, pickup and drop-off addresses, and opens Lyft Concierge with the ride form pre-filled. If a Lyft ride form is already open, the button says "Prefill in Lyft" and fills that form instead. - Lyft ride ID saved automatically: after a ride is scheduled in Lyft, its ride ID is captured and saved on the ride in Monday, with "Open in Lyft" links on the ride. - Reminder to save: after scheduling, the extension reopens Add Ride and reminds you to save the ride, and it warns you if you close without saving. - Unlinked rides: Lyft rides that aren't in Monday yet show up as a badge count and a banner with a "Review" button, so none get missed. - Monday status on Lyft pages: every ride in Lyft's ride lists shows a "✓ Monday", "Queued" or "+ Monday" badge. Select several rides and add them all to one appointment in a single step. - Smart matching: rides are matched to the right patient and appointment by rider name (nicknames and small spelling mistakes are handled), phone number, and ride date and time. - Confirm & Save screen: shows each ride under its appointment with a field-by-field preview of exactly what will be saved. You can choose to update an existing ride entry or create a new one. Ride cost, status and pickup/drop-off addresses are filled in from Lyft. - Receipts: ride receipt PDFs downloaded from Lyft are attached to the right ride in Monday automatically. Click "+ PDF" on a Lyft ride to save its receipt in one click. Rides with a receipt show "✓ PDF". - Cancellations sync: cancelling a ride in Lyft sets that ride's status to Cancelled in Monday. - Older rides: paste a Lyft ride ID to link rides that were booked before this feature. Other improvements - Appointment, surgery, DME and scheduling dates and times now always show in your local time, matching Monday. - Evening appointments are named with the correct date. - The duplicate-appointment warning compares correct local dates. - Editing a date no longer erases the saved time. - Ride receipt and bill files are cleaner to view, download, replace and delete. Replacing a receipt no longer leaves duplicate files.
