The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Window Resizer

I made this small extension to help set the browser screen size easily to what is needed for various screen captures. Changes in version 1.3: * Fixed a bug that sometimes made the content area a few pixels too small vertically. * Added storage usage so the extension remembers how it was used the last time. Changes in version 1.2: Fixed a bug that on slow machines caused the resize not to work when starting from full screen.
