About why am i here

why am i here helps you break autopilot browsing. When you open a site from your target list (YouTube, Reddit, LinkedIn, etc.), the page pauses and asks one question: “Why am I here?” You set a clear intention, choose a timer, and continue with a floating pill that keeps your intention and countdown visible while you browse. Key features • Domain-based intention prompt on selected websites • Timeboxes: 5m, 10m, 20m, or custom • If no timer is selected, a quick math check starts a default 1-minute timer • Re-prompt when the timer expires • Insights dashboard with no-intention rate, counts, and top intentions by domain and time range Why install it • Reduce doom scrolling • Start each session with a purpose • Stay accountable during browsing Privacy All data stays local in your browser. No cloud sync, no ads, and no third-party tracking.
