How It Works: Input your salary, deposit, interest rate and repayment term, and let the extension do the rest. For joint applicants, simply fill in the "Applicant 2" fields. Affordability Ratings explained: - Affordable: 70-100% (Monthly payment = 0-30% of post-tax salary) - Feasible: 65-69% (Monthly payment = 31-35%) - Longshot: 50-64% (Monthly payment = 36-50%) - Unaffordable: 0-49% (Monthly payment = 51%+) This extension does not collect personal data and includes open-source code by Josh Embling, licensed under the MIT License.
