The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Where Is My Tab

Where Is My Tab replaces Chrome’s new tab page with a fast, focused way to find tabs you already have open. Search across every Chrome window by tab title, URL, or exact hostname, then switch directly to the tab you need—without opening another duplicate. Key features: • Find open tabs across all Chrome windows • Group tabs by exact hostname • Search tab titles, URLs, and domains • Switch to, close, or save tabs for later • Merge related tabs into a single window • Gather one-tab windows together • Review local 7-day, 14-day, 30-day, and lifetime domain trends • Choose from multiple visual themes Where Is My Tab is local-first. Tab information, saved items, preferences, and browsing trends remain in Chrome’s local extension storage. The extension has no backend, analytics SDK, advertising, or cloud sync, and does not access your Chrome account identity or profile email.
