About WhatsApp Send Mode
Send Mode for WhatsApp Web gives you control over how images are attached before sending.
Normally, pasted or dropped images follow the default attachment behavior. This extension adds a simple choice so you can decide whether the same image should be handled as a regular photo or as a document.
Key features:
Choose Send as Image or Send as Document
Works with drag-and-drop image files
Works with images copied to the clipboard and pasted with Ctrl+V or Cmd+V
Supports multiple dropped images
Normal text copy and paste is left untouched
Uses the native attachment flow
No account or sign-up required
No analytics or advertising
Designed specifically for the web version
How it works
Open a conversation.
Drag an image into the page, or paste a copied image.
Choose Send as Image or Send as Document.
Continue using the normal preview and send controls.
The extension only activates its chooser when supported image data is detected. Text-only clipboard content continues to work normally.
Privacy:
Image files are processed locally in your browser for the purpose of passing them to the selected attachment mode. The extension does not upload your files to its own servers, sell user data, or use your content for advertising.
