The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About What Was This For?

Never forget why you opened a tab again! What Was This For? lets you attach a reminder and timer to any tab before stepping away. If you return before the timer runs out, nothing happens, and it will assume you remember. If time's up though, a popup appears at the bottom of the screen with the reminder you left for yourself. This is a perfect tool for when you open a tab to research something, get pulled away, and come back completely confused about why it exists.
