WeCookieRecipes.com

What can I cook with what I already have? Type in three or four things from your fridge — chicken, rice, garlic — and WeCookieRecipes ranks the site's recipe catalogue by how much of it you can already make. A recipe you can cook tonight shows "You have everything". One that needs a single trip shows exactly what is missing: "Missing: lemon". RECIPE SEARCH BY INGREDIENT Add what you have, get a ranked list. The match score weighs how many ingredients you already own, the rating, the cooking time and how many items are missing. Everything you own stays on your own device. CLEAN UP ANY RECIPE PAGE When you click the extension on a supported cooking page, WeCookieRecipes reads its structured recipe data and presents the ingredients and steps without the surrounding clutter. COOK MODE A side panel built for cooking, not reading: tick off ingredients as you go, step-by-step instructions in large type, a timer for every step that mentions one, and the screen stays awake while your hands are covered in flour. SCALE AND CONVERT Change the servings and every quantity follows. Switch between cups and grams instantly. No mental arithmetic at the counter. INGREDIENT SUBSTITUTIONS Out of buttermilk? Heavy cream? Eggs? One tap shows what to use instead, with the ratios. Works offline — no account, no AI required. SMART GROCERY LIST Add what you are missing from any recipe. The list groups itself by aisle — produce, meat, dairy, pantry — skips anything already in your kitchen, and copies out as plain text. FIND IT ON WECOOKRECIPES Reading a recipe somewhere else? One click shows you the closest versions on wecookrecipes.com, with times and ratings. WORKS EVERYWHERE Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera and Firefox, from one codebase. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your pantry, your grocery list and your saved recipes never leave your device. Recipe pages are read locally in your browser and never uploaded. No account, no tracking, no third-party AI service. The optional AI helper runs entirely on your own machine, when your browser supports it. Free, and free of ads.
