Click WeChat's official "Preview" button to simultaneously view the mobile preview effect Permissions - storage — Save user settings (language, add-on toggles, editor styles, etc.) and update-check state - unlimitedStorage — Store potentially large local data such as drafts and source Markdown snapshots, avoiding default quota limits - alarms — Daily version update check. In Manifest V3, the Service Worker can be terminated by the browser when idle, causing setInterval and similar timers to fail. The alarms API is a browser-level scheduling mechanism that wakes the Service Worker when triggered, ensuring reliable daily version checks - Host permission <all_urls> — Access cross-origin images/links in the article for live preview, inspect, etc.; content scripts still inject only on the article editor page (content_scripts matches appmsg) Privacy Statement This extension does not collect or send any user data. Settings, drafts, and snapshots are stored locally only (browser.storage / local IndexedDB) and are not synced to any server.
