The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Website Limiter

This lightweight Website Limiter helps you manage your own time on distracting websites. You choose which sites to limit (e.g. YouTube, Instagram, TikTok), set a daily time window during which those sites are blocked entirely, and set a shared daily time budget across all of them. Features: - Block a custom list of websites you choose - Set a daily block time window (e.g. 8pm–11pm) - Set a shared daily time limit across all listed sites - Add exceptions for specific subdomains (e.g. allow music.youtube.com while blocking youtube.com) - See how much of today's budget you've already used - 100% local: no accounts, no tracking, no data ever leaves your browser Source Code: github.com/Xirage/website-limiter
