The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Webbu

Webbu is an assistant for your browser. Just like Alexa, ask it to do anything. It will go around the web with you, helping make things a bit better and more convenient. Examples: "Make the background blue" "Whats the time?" "make column c bold" Because everyone has different needs, anyone can teach skills to webbu and the code is open-source.
