The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Web Customizer

Make any website feel like it was built for you. Remove distractions, fix layouts, change colors, edit text. Web Customizer gives you full control over how every site looks and works. GETTING STARTED Click the Web Customizer icon in your toolbar Click “Customize this page” to open the control panel Click “Start Inspecting” to activate selection mode Hover over any element on the page, then click it to select Choose what you want to do: hide it, change colors, edit the text, or add custom CSS Your changes are saved automatically and apply instantly. IMPORTANT NOTES All your customizations are saved per website (by domain), so they only affect the sites you actually change. Changes persist even after you close and reopen the browser. To edit or remove a rule later, just open the extension and go to your saved rules. You can temporarily pause any rule without deleting it if you want to test how the site looks without your changes. FEATURES VISUAL ELEMENT INSPECTOR Click-to-select any element on any page. Navigate up or down the DOM tree to find parent or child elements. See all the details before you customize anything. CUSTOMIZATION OPTIONS Hide elements: instantly remove pop-ups, sidebars, ads, or anything distracting Change colors: customize backgrounds, text, links, anything you want Edit text: replace any text on the page with your own Custom CSS: apply persistent styles to a specific element Global CSS: apply site-wide styles that affect the entire page Custom JavaScript (optional, off by default): run your own JavaScript on specific sites. This is disabled until you turn it on in Settings and set a local password. The password is required to edit JS rules or run them on a site, so this capability stays locked down unless you choose to use it. MEDIA DOWNLOAD (optional, off by default) Find and download images, audio, and video from the current page. PERSISTENT & ORGANIZED Rules are saved automatically per domain. View, edit, pause, or delete them anytime BUILT FOR REAL USE Works reliably on complex sites like Gmail, YouTube, X, and more. Handles dynamically loaded content so your changes stick even when the page updates. PRIVACY We don't collect any data. Everything stays on your device. No accounts, no servers, no analytics, no tracking.
