We Are Distributed – Job Tracker

We Are Distributed Job Tracker makes it effortless to stay organised during your job search — without switching tabs or losing your place. WHAT IT DOES • One-click logging — when you're on a supported job board (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Teamtailor, BambooHR and more), a small "Track this job" button appears on the page. Click it to instantly save the role to your tracker. • Popup tracker — click the extension icon at any time to see all your active applications, update their status (Pending → Applied → Screening → Interviewing → Offer), and jump straight to the full tracker. • Smart prefill — the extension reads the current page title and URL to pre-fill the job title and company name so you never have to type them manually. • Works across most popular boards and ATS platforms. REQUIRES A FREE WE ARE DISTRIBUTED ACCOUNT Sign up at ats.wearedistributed.org. Your applications sync instantly across devices and are visible in the full web app, where you can access deeper insights, resume analysis, and hiring trends. We Are Distributed is a platform built to give job seekers transparency into the hiring process — so you can apply smarter, not harder.
