WatchSync — for JioHotstar

Watch together, even when you're apart. WatchSync keeps everyone's Hotstar / JioHotstar player in sync — when one person plays, pauses, or jumps to a scene, everyone follows. Each person streams on their own subscription; the extension only syncs the controls. Features • One-click invite links — your friend lands on the same title and auto-joins. • Synced play / pause / seek, with automatic drift correction. • In-page chat and floating emoji reactions. • A live activity feed and "who's watching" count. • A draggable overlay that stays visible in fullscreen. How it works Create a room, send the invite link, and press play. A lightweight relay passes only small control messages (play/pause/seek, chat, reactions) between members — no video and no account data ever pass through it, and nothing is stored. Private by design — no accounts, no ads, no tracking, no analytics.
