WaGoZAP adds a side panel to WhatsApp Web on your computer to schedule messages, reply automatically and never forget a follow-up. Message and Status scheduling • Schedule a text, an image with a caption or a link to several contacts and groups at once. • Post to your WhatsApp Status at the time you choose: text on a colored background or an image with a caption. • Build a 30, 60 or 90-day calendar by picking the days and times of each send. • Send to an Excel list with a personalized message for each person and a pause between sends. • See in the Queue whether each message was scheduled, sent, confirmed or needs attention, and edit or cancel it before it goes out. Customers and sales • Organize your customers in a pipeline with the stages New, Negotiating, Awaiting payment and Closed, dragging each contact from one stage to the next. • Note what each customer asked for and the sale value, and export the pipeline to a spreadsheet. • Set a follow-up reminder for tomorrow, in 2 days or in 1 week; if you want, the follow-up message goes out on its own when the customer has not replied yet. • See which customers are waiting for a reply, for how long, and your average response time for the day. Pix payment requests (Brazil) • Save your Pix key once and send the QR code and the copy-and-paste code with the order amount in the chat. • The code follows the Brazilian Central Bank standard and the payment goes straight to your account; WaGoZAP does not receive or process payments. Auto-replies • Send a welcome message to people who contact you for the first time. • Create replies for the words you choose, such as "price" or "address", and let people know when you're outside business hours. • Test your rules before turning them on and set limits per contact and per hour.
