Waffle Assist

Waffle Assist adds a coloured, searchable app-launcher bar above your Microsoft 365 pages — SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and more — so you can find and jump to the apps you need faster than the stock Microsoft 365 launcher. FEATURES • Coloured top bar added to page, with a waffle button, a live search box, and a row of your most-used apps. • Replaces the standard Microsoft waffle button where it's found, so you get one consistent launcher instead of two. • Instant search — type in the bar or the flyout to filter the full app catalog, no more hunting through menus. • Most Used apps tracking — the apps you launch most often rise to the top of the bar and popup automatically. • "New-tab" page with greeting, search, pinned/most-used tiles, and a full "All apps" catalog. • Custom apps & pinning — add your own internal portal links and pin your favourites. • Colour picker — match the bar to your organisation's brand colour. PRIVACY Waffle Assist does not call any external services. Settings and usage data are stored locally in your browser (and synced via your Google/Chrome profile if enabled) — nothing is sent to third-party servers. Right-click the toolbar icon and choose Options to customise colours, pinned apps, custom links, and the new-tab page. DEVELOPER www.kachihro.com
