WA Group Manager & Analytics adds a management panel inside WhatsApp Web, helping community managers, business group owners and team coordinators understand observed activity, organize member information and keep track of tasks. GROUP MANAGEMENT • Access managed groups and groups with open tasks or reminders. • Search saved groups and identify managed groups in your chat list. • Automatically restore the last saved report when returning to a previously analyzed group. • Move, open or close the panel to fit your workspace. ACTIVITY INSIGHTS • View message counts, observed contributors, activity by hour and shared links. • Review activity over 24 hours, 7 days or all messages collected during analysis. • Compare saved reports across authorized groups. • See activity and member scores when enough data is available. MEMBER ORGANIZATION • View member names and phone numbers when available in loaded WhatsApp information. • Sort members by name, score, recently observed joins, last observed activity or phone number. • Add local notes, tags, tasks and reminders to support your follow-up. • Open a member’s chat in the current WhatsApp Web tab. • Export collected member information and activity reports as CSV files. MESSAGE DRAFTS • Prepare welcome messages in your selected interface language. • Use editable templates for group rules, registration and support. • Create personal templates and pin frequently used ones near the message box. • Review and send every message yourself. The extension does not automatically send WhatsApp messages. OPTIONAL WEBHOOK CONNECTIONS Connect supported events to your own HTTPS endpoint or automation workflow, including Make, n8n or Zapier. Once enabled for a group, the webhook can forward observed membership events and supported actions such as creating tasks or adding member tags. Data leaves your browser through this connection only when you enable it and grant the required domain permission. LOCAL STORAGE AND BACKUP Group reports, collected activity, member notes and settings are stored locally in your browser profile. Export a complete backup and restore your saved activity and settings from one file. MULTILINGUAL INTERFACE Available in English, Hebrew, Russian and Arabic, with right-to-left and left-to-right layouts. Your messages, member names and personal notes are not automatically translated. BASIC AND FULL VERSIONS The Basic version manages one group, which becomes your fixed selection after confirmation. A paid Full license enables management of multiple groups without a group-count limit imposed by the license. Local storage and browser limits still apply. License activation and verification communicate with 1net’s licensing service. GETTING STARTED Open WhatsApp Web and select a group. Open the Group Manager panel. Click Analyze group and confirm your selection when prompted. Scroll manually through the chat or member list to make more information available. Return later to view the saved report, or analyze again to refresh it. DATA COVERAGE Reports reflect information available in the loaded chat and group data. They do not represent the complete WhatsApp history. Missing phone numbers are not guessed, and scores describe observed activity rather than a verified measure of community quality. Collecting new activity and webhook events requires WhatsApp Web to remain open in the relevant group and the computer to stay awake. Groups that are not open are not continuously monitored.
