About VRChat Friends & Group Instance Viewer
VRChat Friends & Group Instance Viewer is a Chrome extension that gives you an easy-to-read overview of your online VRChat friends and Friend / Group instances.
Quickly see which worlds and instances your friends are in, including Public, Friends, Friends+, Group, Group+, Group Public, Invite, and Private instances.
Favorite management is built in. You can add, move, or remove online and offline friends from Favorite Lists. The Friends view also lets you browse your friends by Favorite List and see their current locations at a glance.

A valid VRChat login session must already exist in the same Chrome browser. The VRChat website does not need to remain open.
The extension accesses the VRChat API using the browser's existing VRChat login session. It does not request the cookies permission, does not use the chrome.cookies API, and does not read or store authentication cookie or token values.
Some Friend, Favorite, Group, World, User, and Instance data retrieved from the VRChat API is cached locally in Chrome to improve performance and reduce unnecessary API requests.
Retrieved user data is not sent to a developer-operated server. The extension does not use Google Analytics, Sentry, advertising SDKs, or other external analytics or telemetry services.
This is an unofficial community-made tool and is not created, endorsed, or provided by VRChat Inc.
Changes to the VRChat API or website may cause the extension to stop working temporarily or permanently without notice.
