Vouch Playbook

Vouch Playbook turns any workflow into a clear, step-by-step guide. Press Start recording, then click through your task as normal. Every click and field you fill in becomes a step with a screenshot. When you stop, your guide opens in the Vouch Playbook web app, where you can rewrite steps, add notes, blur private details and share a view-only link with your customers. • One click to start and stop. Shortcut: Alt + Shift + R (Option + Shift + R on a Mac) • Pause and resume while you record • Live list of steps in the side panel • Passwords, card numbers and ID or passport numbers are hidden in screenshots and never written into the steps • Recordings stay on your computer until you save them to Playbook Built for the Vouch team. Saving and editing guides needs a Vouch Google account that has been approved in Vouch Playbook.
