Voice Logica

Voice Logica for Chrome shows you who is calling the moment a call rings for you, even when the Voice Logica web app is closed. When a call rings for you, a small window opens beside your work with: • The caller as your contacts and connected CRM or e-shop know them • Buttons that take you straight to the caller's record, or open it by itself when the call rings or is answered • Recent calls, orders, tickets and reservations • Why the call was transferred to you • Live answers from your company knowledge to what the caller is asking, while you talk Works with 26 integrations: CRMs, e-shops, ERPs, helpdesks and booking systems. For any other system, add your own link that opens it with the caller's number. Find and call from the toolbar: search your contacts by name, number or email, see your recent calls, and call back with one click. Your Voice Logica assistant can call the person and put them through to you, or your mobile rings first and then dials them. Calling needs a Windows or SIP seat in your Voice Logica company. Your client emails on their records too: in Gmail and Outlook on the web, the extension can add your company's Voice Logica copy address in Bcc when you write to a client, so the email is filed on the client's record. It is off until you turn it on, asks for access to Gmail and Outlook only then, and skips emails to your colleagues. Your AI in your meetings: on Google Meet, one click has your Voice Logica agent join the meeting by phone. It listens, so the meeting is transcribed and summarised on your records, and answers only when someone says its wake word. It is off until you turn it on and asks for Google Meet access only then. Take calls in Chrome: turn on "Calls ring in this browser" and your calls ring here too. Answer or decline from the notification, talk with your headset, mute and hang up from the call window, and place calls from the toolbar. It is off until you turn it on, and Chrome asks for your microphone only then. Without it, calls ring and are answered on the phones and apps you already use with Voice Logica. You need a Voice Logica account. Sign in with your usual Voice Logica sign-in; the extension never sees your password.
