Vidmatic

Record your screen from any tab and share it as a vidmatic.ai link. Click the Vidmatic icon or press Alt+Shift+V, choose a screen, window or tab, and talk through what you're showing. When you stop, the video uploads to your vidmatic.ai account and you get a link you can paste anywhere. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Record your whole screen, one window or a single tab • Talk over it with your microphone, and include system or tab audio if you want • Turn on a camera bubble and drag it out of the way • Draw on the page to point at things, then save the result as a screenshot • Move between pages and tabs while you record. The controls and timer follow you. • If you've connected GitHub on vidmatic.ai, file each recording as an issue in your default repository WHEN YOU STOP The upload runs in the background. On vidmatic.ai the recording is transcribed, and you can share it with a link or keep it in your library. ABOUT PERMISSIONS Chrome will warn that this extension can "read and change all your data on all websites". Vidmatic needs that to show its recording controls, camera bubble and drawing layer on whatever page you're recording, and to take a screenshot when you save a drawing. It doesn't read, collect or store the pages you visit. The only things it uploads are the recordings and screenshots you make. It asks for your microphone and camera only when you turn them on.
