Made for music practice, language learning and lectures. 🆕 What's New in v4.4.0 ✅ Speed, pitch and loop are fully independent: change one and the other two stay exactly as set ✅ Loops play smoothly: no more stuttering or getting stuck when you turn a loop on ✅ Clean pitch shifting: no more crackling noise when raising the pitch ✅ "Now" buttons: set loop points A and B at the current playback position ✅ Keyboard shortcuts: change speed and set A/B without opening the popup ✅ Everything fits on one screen: no more scrolling in the popup ✅ The popup connects instantly and shows your current settings when reopened ✅ Seeking within a video no longer resets your settings ✨ Key Features 🚀 Playback Speed • 0.25x to 4.0x • −0.2 / −0.1 / +0.1 / +0.2 buttons for fine control • Presets: 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%, 110%, 120% • Click the current speed to reset to 1.0x • Your speed holds even if the YouTube player tries to change it 🎵 Pitch (Key) • Shift up or down by semitones, from −24 to +24 (two octaves) • −2 / −1 / +1 / +2 semitone buttons, plus whole-tone presets (−2T, −1T, +1T, +2T) • Changes the key without changing the speed • Click the current pitch to return to the original key 🔁 A-B Loop • Press "Now" to set A or B at the current position (setting B starts the loop) • Or type a time ("1:30" or "90"), or drag the handles on the slider • Plays all the way to B, then jumps back to A • Never skips to the next video, even in autoplay playlists • Yellow marker shows the current playback position ⌨️ Keyboard Shortcuts • Speed up / down: Alt(⌥) + Shift + . / , • Set loop A: Alt(⌥) + Shift + A • Set loop B and start looping: Alt(⌥) + Shift + B • Pitch up/down and loop on/off can be assigned in chrome://extensions/shortcuts • A small on-screen message confirms each change, even in fullscreen 🎛️ Master ON/OFF Switch • Turn every feature off at once to hear the original video • Turn it back on to restore your settings • The ON/OFF state is remembered 🔄 Automatic Reset on New Videos • When you move to a different video, settings return to defaults • Seeking, looping or rewinding within the same video keeps your settings 💡 Use Cases 🎸 Music Practice • Loop a difficult passage with A-B and slow it down • Move the key to fit your voice or instrument 📚 Language Learning • Repeat a sentence until you catch every word • Slow down fast speakers 🎓 Lectures • Replay the key part of an explanation • Speed through slower sections 📖 How to Use 1.
