Vero - Email Tracker & Read Receipts for Gmail

Vero is an email tracker for Gmail that shows who actually opened your email — and the data other email trackers hide. Most email tracking tools just show a checkmark. Vero shows the full story behind every open: the real IP address, the device and browser, the approximate city, and the network — plus it automatically tracks every link your recipient clicks. And it's honest: Vero filters out the fake "opens" that Apple Mail Privacy Protection and Gmail's image proxy create, so a read receipt means a real person actually read your email. FEATURES • Email open tracking — real-time notifications the moment your email is opened • Read receipts for Gmail — know exactly when your message is read • Link click tracking — see every link your recipient clicks, automatically • Real IP, device & location — the city, network, and device behind each open (no other email tracker shows this) • Real vs. fake opens — filters out Apple Mail Privacy Protection and Gmail proxy bot opens for accurate tracking • Forward detection — get alerted when your email is opened on a new device or in a new city • Instant open alerts — optional real-time email notifications • Works right inside Gmail — no separate app, no copy-paste WHO USES VERO Salespeople and SDRs, recruiters tracking candidate and client outreach, attorneys watching demand letters, accountants and CPAs chasing organizers and invoices, real estate agents following up on listings and offers, founders, freelancers, and agencies — anyone doing cold email or 1:1 outreach who needs to know their emails are actually read. A BETTER EMAIL TRACKER Vero is a privacy-honest alternative to Mailtrack, Mixmax, Streak, and Yesware. If you've wanted more than a checkmark — the real who, where, and what-device behind every open — Vero is the email tracking extension built for it. Free email tracker to start: open tracking, link click tracking, and read receipts. Pro ($9/month) unlocks the full IP, device, and location intel.
