Vela — add to your team

Vela is an AI team that works alongside you. This extension adds the person you're looking at on LinkedIn to your Vela contacts, in one click. Open someone's LinkedIn profile and click the Vela button in your toolbar: Not in Vela yet? Their name, headline and location are filled in for you. Choose the company from what their profile shows, pick who they are to you (a candidate or a client — or, for estate agents, a vendor, landlord, applicant, buyer or tenant), and add them. Undo removes exactly that contact. Already among your contacts? You see what your team knows instead — who they are to you, their open applications and stage, and your last matched email — so you don't add them twice. "Draft a message" opens your Vela boardroom with a request to Roman to draft a LinkedIn message to them. You read it, change it, and send it from LinkedIn yourself. What it reads, and when: only the one profile you're on, and only when you click the button — the name, headline, location, the organisations the profile shows, and the profile's address. It doesn't run in the background, doesn't open other pages, and never reads your messages or feed. Where it goes: only to your own Vela account. When you click the Vela button, the person's name is sent to your account to check whether they're already among your contacts; they're saved only when you click Add. "Draft a message" hands the request to your Vela boardroom, where your team reads it once you send it. The extension never sends anything on LinkedIn — no messages, no connection requests, no clicks on your behalf. Signing in: no new password. Connect it once from tryvela.co while signed in to Vela. The sign-in is kept in your browser's memory only, and ends when you disconnect (in the extension or on tryvela.co), sign out of Vela or close the browser — and an hour after Vela was last open.
