About Validit — YouTube fact checker

Validit checks factual claims in public YouTube videos against cited evidence. Open the extension beside a video to inspect the claims it identifies, see verdicts and confidence, and follow the sources behind each check. Validit separates checkable claims from opinions and presents the evidence so you can make your own judgment. It is a research aid and may make mistakes; review the cited sources before relying on a result.
